- I will always be upfront and let you know what the current rates are or if they have gone up. Full disclosure of the market demands will always be given. Your trust is important and will not be taken advantage of.
- We've all heard of "bait and switch", this won't happen, I will never quote a favorable package just to get you to apply, this would go against all I believe in personally and profesionally. I have years of experience in qualifying borrowers. With our communication I can determine the best rate and loan you can get given your financial circumstances.
- I never misquote a rate and payment package that isn't locked in for the period of time you need. Whether that's to raise more down payment or to sell a home. In fact, one of my key services is to pre-qualify you for the best package(s) in the market, and stay with you until closing!
